Cancellation Policy

Please let Lara know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule the time you have reserved in her schedule. You can cancel or reschedule either online via the option given in the appointment confirmation email or by emailing Lara directly.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice or are a no show, you will not be refunded, except in cases of a true emergency.
