Sage Group: S.A.G.E. Skills (especially) for ‘Structural’ Symptoms: 10 week group especially for those with structural or longstanding persistent conditions — or anyone willing to focus on healing rather than “recovery”: empower yourself to create a rich and full life regardless of symptoms ($600)

Ongoing 1-1 Coaching:

This coaching is especially but not exclusively for those with ongoing ‘structural’ conditions. Preference given to those with some familiarity with mind body work.
Cancellation Policy:
For 1-1s: Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule the time you reserved. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice or are a no show, you will not be refunded, except in cases of a true emergency.
For Groups: Please let me know as soon as you know you need or want to give up your seat. If you cancel with less than a week’s notice, you will only be refunded for 50% of the course fee. If you give less than a week’s notice or are a no show you will not be refunded, except in cases of a true emergency.
