Groups & Classes

Group coaching is part-class, part-support group. You will be in a safe space with other people who “just get it” because they have similar struggles. Being a part of a Sage Group means you will learn tools as a group, which creates exciting opportunities to create healing connections, support each other through challenges, and celebrate each other’s wins. People become like mirrors reflecting back to one another patterns and progress it is difficult to see in oneself. Groups can take your healing to the next level as the experience of collective transformation can be very powerful. Contact me if interested.

Workshops

If you are interested in learning a particular skill or covering a specific topic, you can contact me to request a single workshop or series of workshops that address your particular needs. The workshops will teach you concrete tools, and it will provide you a space to discuss how and why this particular issue comes up in your life. Facilitated discussions with other workshop participants can enhance and enrich your own learning experience, as you will have the opportunity to connect with others who share some of your struggles.

I also offer workshops in person for local hospitals and chronic pain support groups.

My Free or Low-Cost Offerings

As part of my dedication to making this work more financially accessible to more folks, I like to offer as many free or very low cost options as I can, such as the following:
