Cancellation Policy:
- For 1-1s: Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule the time you reserved. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice or are a no show, you will not be refunded, except in cases of a true emergency.
- For Groups: Please let me know as soon as you know you need or want to give up your seat. If you cancel with less than a week’s notice, you will only be refunded for 50% of the course fee. If you give less than a week’s notice or are a no show you will not be refunded, except in cases of a true emergency.
