Coaching

Ongoing 1-1 Coaching:
- A rare opening for an ongoing 1-1 coaching client coming in February 2026!
  - Taking (informal) applications now: Just tell me a bit about yourself, your situation, and your familiarity with this work.
  - Specifically for those with structural issues and preference given to those with some familiarity with this work.
1-1 Coaching Sessions: (Self-Schedule)
- Single Session for Individualized Guidance & Support
  - Self-Schedule a Full 50 min. Session ($185)
  - Self-Schedule a 25 min. Session ($75)
- Single Session for a Live Somatic Tracking Session
  - Self-Schedule a Personalized & interactive ST session tailored to you and your particular situation, using themes, mantras, etc. of your choosing ($150)
- Single Session for Fellow “Wounded Healers”
  - Self-Schedule a 1-1 session for support and guidance if you are a fellow practitioner in the field working with clients when you have symptoms of your own ($175)
Group Coaching
- Developing a S.A.G.E. Mindset: 10 week group specifically for those with structural issues ($600)
  - SPRING 2026 dates: March 18 - May 20, 2026 @ 11am - 12:15pm ET
  - Email if you’re interested (the 7-8 spots tend to fill pretty quickly)

Cancellation Policy:

For 1-1s: Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule the time you reserved. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice or are a no show, you will not be refunded, except in cases of a true emergency.
For Groups: Please let me know as soon as you know you need or want to give up your seat. If you cancel with less than a week’s notice, you will only be refunded for 50% of the course fee. If you give less than a week’s notice or are a no show you will not be refunded, except in cases of a true emergency.
