S.A.G.E. Skills for Structural Symptoms

Description:

This group is for anyone living with pain or other symptoms, especially anyone with structural issues, but also for anyone willing to focus on Healing rather than “recovery.”

The "S.A.G.E." method is also deeply applicable for learning skills for life in general - life never stops life-ing. Capped at 8 people for richer discussions and sharing.

10 weekly 1-hour 15 min. Zoom sessions with weekly food for thought emails with suggested practices, educational resources, & reflection prompts.

The last 10-15 min. of each group is a guided somatic tracking practice (& you keep the audio recordings).

Learning is therapeutic, especially when done together. Previous participants describe their experience as empowering, enlightening, transformative, and fun.

Course Fee: $600

Reviews:

"Lara's group is truly unique.  It felt like a wonderful safe space, and the connections between the participants were rich and deep.  I have not been in a group where there were such authentic sharing and similarity among participants.  Lara is a really skilled facilitator who uses her lived experience with both structural and neuroplastic pain as a source of deep wisdom and understanding.  I left the group feeling safer in my body, and less fearful and judgmental of my symptoms.  This group is a great option for those of us caught in the 'messy middle' between structural and neuroplastic symptoms.” — Kim (Winter 2026 partipant)

“Lara is among the most compassionate people I’ve met.”

“I now feel I can not only handle this, but thrive - plus now I know I am not alone.”

"I learned so much about myself and really looked forward to each week because our discussions were so engaging and healing."

“The group has been a safe space to share insights with other people on a similar path. It made me feel stronger, and much less lonely.”

“This turned out to be both deep and fun! We bonded over our shared pain but also laughed a lot together, which was very cathartic.”

“These pains you feel are messengers. Listen to them.”— Rumi
